(More customer reviews)I have fallen in total love with these pods!I've been getting another brand pod for my machine, and thought I'd try something different.I found these pumpkin & spice and thought I'd give them a try, as they fit my Senseo machine.Got them today, and, oh boy, what a wonderful cup of coffee!I can best describe the flavor as a light taste of pumpkin pie.I use sugar-free coffee syrup, half a cup of skim milk, and fill the rest of the cup with the coffee -- it tastes like I'm eating dessert.What a great thing for someone like me who is watching their weight!
To use in the Senseo machine, you use the two-pod holder (instead of the one-pod holder) and the Java Pod fits right down in it.
As I'm writing this, I see that these pods are not available right now -- I wanted to order another box....or ten.Amazon, please get these back in stock before I run out!!I'm going to want these year round and not just during the holidays, as I love spiced pumpkin in any form or fashion!
UPDATE:Just a note that, in order to get plenty of coffee flavor out of the pod, you need to use the 2-cup/mug BUTTON on the Senseo machine, along with the 2-cup pod holder.I made the mistake of using the 1-cup button, as I only wanted a small cup of coffee, but more time is needed (provided by the 2-cup button) to push the water through the coffee in the pod.The combination of the 2-cup holder and the 2-cup button will give you a large cup of coffee with good strength -- I just use half to make my latte, which is half milk, and save the other half for later, which works for me just fine.
